A modest list was performed at the same time to shorten the free caudal border of the earlobe and give it a more youthful appearance

A woman in her mid 60’s show is seen immediately after Mohs excision of a basal cell carcinoma of the left inferior eyelid. She is shown before and again, 2 months after eyelid reconstruction with a Tenzel Semicircular flap and lateral canthus reconstruction with a periosteal flap under local with IV sedation.
Scars will typically fade and improve over the next year or longer.

A Hispanic woman in her early 30s who is bothered by drooping of her earlobes and stretching of her earlobe piercings which she attributes to wearing heavy earrings. She is shown before and again, 16 months after a bilateral earlobe lift and repair. Her ears have a more youthful look and the elongated holes have been removed and the earlobes are now ready to be re-pierced.
