Kybella – Patient 242

A 59 yo woman who is bothered by submental fullness and jowls. She is shown before and again, 2 months after a single treatment with 4 vials of Kybella. She may still expect some additional improvement over the next 3-4 months. Although Kybella is not specifically a treatment for skin tightening, we are able to tailor the treatment along her jowls and neckline. I would say that she has an even better result than I might typically expect with a single treatment. Although the early teaching was to start with 2 vials, our experience over the last two years has shown that more vials and tailoring the treatment along the neckline, as shown here, can improve the results.
