A woman in her early 60s with a nickel allergy and a history of splitting and drooping of her ears. She also sleeps with her earrings in. She is shown before and again, 4 months after a bilateral earlobe lift. We had her bring in titanium earrings to re-pierce her ears because they are less likely to cause an allergic reaction.
