Repair of Gauged Ear/Earlobe Lift – Patient 105

A young woman in her late teens who had stretched her ear lobes with ear gauges. Despite removing the gauges, she still had an unsightly appearance of her ear lobes, which was interfering with her modeling career. She is shown just 6 weeks after her “inverted t platy” repair in the office under local. The scars are at there thickest at 6 weeks, but already her earlobes have regained a normal appearance. She will where pressure clip earrings to help flatten the scars, and we can re-pierce her ears for her to wear normal pierced earrings in 3 months.
