Breast Reduction – Patient 213

A mother of 2 in her later 30’s with neck,  back and shoulder pain which she attributes to her 36 G cup breasts.  She is shown   before and again 6 months after bilateral reduction mastopexy.  She is over her ideal body weight at 5”7 and 190 lbs and did not want to be too small.  We have reduced her to a full C cup and her symptoms have all resolved
