Breast Reduction – Patient 204

An RN in her early 60’s who has had a gastric sleeve and has lost 90 lbs. She is a 48 DDD and has problems with back pain, shoulder pain and difficulty ambulating. She is shown before and again, 6 months after a free nipple graft technique combined with lateral thoracic contouring.
