Breast Reduction – Patient 109

A 66 yo woman is shown before and 5 months after bilateral breast reduction/mastopexy (breast lift) with the removal of over 300 gms of weight from each side. She is 5′ 1 1/2″ and 143 lbs and went from a DD cup to a full C cup. The grooves of her shoulders from the heavy weight of the breasts before surgery will not go away, but she no longer has the back and shoulder pain that she had prior to the breast reduction. And she is thrilled with the natural, lifted appearance of her breasts after surgery.
