44yo with 2 children shown before and nearly 6 months after bilateral breast reduction combined with a spiral mastopexy (an internal reshaping of the breast tissues) and liposuction of the “Axillary breast” fullness. An excellent shape is shown after the surgery. Scars will typically continue to fade for 2 years.
