A 44 year old woman shown before and 5 months after bilateral partial- subpectoral placement of smooth round saline implants filled to 325cc. The incision approach was at the infra-mammary crease.

A 50 yo with drooping breasts (breast ptosis) is shown before and 5 months after a breast lift (mastopexy) without implants. She is 5’6 1/2″ and 145 lbs, and has had one child. Scars typically fade and improve for up to two years.

38 yo 5’5″ 159 lbs shown before and 4 1/2 months after bilateral reduction mastopexy, reducing her size from a “DD” to a “C” cup. Her back and shoulder pain has resolved.

35 yo woman who is 5’7″ & 157 lbs who is troubled by the drooping appearance of her breasts and wishes them to be slightly smaller. She is shown before and 4 months after a cosmetic breast lift with the removal of 144 gms of weight from her left breast and 246 gms of weight from her right. A beautiful, lifted appearance is seen after surgery without the use of implants.

46 yo with neck and back pain due to the size of her breasts. She is reduced from a “DDD” to a “C” cup, and is shown before and 6 months after her surgery. Pt. is 5’3″ and 137 lbs.

A man in his late 40’w with gynecomastia (male breast development) and prominent nipples papules. He is mainly bothered by the prominence of his nipples in light clothing and has decided to have a nipple papule reduction in the office, before considering a gynecomastia procedure to reduce the size of the breasts. In the gynecomastia gallery you will find patients who have had both procedures performed at the same time in the operating room. He is shown before and again, 4 months after nipple papule reduction in the office. When the problem is simply the height of the nipple papule and it is not excessively wide, then a “top hat flap” procedure is not needed. A simpler procedure, where the top of the nipple papule is removed under local anesthesia heals in nicely in a few weeks and typically gives an excellent result, as seen here.

A 18yo 5’4 146 lbs shown before and 1 year after bilateral reduction/ mastopexy with the removal of 340 gms from each breast. She was reduced from an “e” cup to a full “c” cup size.

An asian woman in her early 40’s who is bothered by nipple hypertrophy. The nipple papules were reduced both in height and in diameter using a Top hat flap technique. She is shown before and again, 4 1/2 months after surgery. A breast augmentation was performed at the same time.

A 33 year old female who lost 240 lbs with diet and exercise shown before and 12 months after an upper body lift and Spiral Mastopexy/Breast Reduction. No implants were used! The patients own tissues were reshaped to add fullness to the upper breast.
