21 year-old woman with DDD breasts who is bothered by back and shoulder pain. She is over her ideal body weight at 5’1” and 174 lbs but finds it difficult to exercise due to the size of her breasts. She is shown before and again, 9 months after bilateral breast reduction with the removal of more than 800 gms of tissue from each breast. She is now a “C” cup and no longer has problems with back and shoulder pain. Scars will typically continue to fade and improve for 2 years after surgery.

A woman in her late 30’s who is a 38 DDD and is bothered by breast asymmetry, back pain, shoulder pain, a rash under her breasts in the summer.
She is 5’8” and 200 lbs. She is shown before and again, 7 months after bilateral breast reduction with an inferior pedicle/ Inverted T scar pattern. Scars will typically continue to fade and improve for up to 2 years or more after surgery. She is thrilled with the better proportions and shape of her breasts, and her back and shoulder pain and rashes have resolved.

A woman in her early 60’s who has a 38DDD size bra and is bothered by back and shoulder pain, as well as grooving and irritation of her shoulders from her bra. She is shown before and again, 1 year after bilateral breast reduction using an inferior pedicle technique.

38 yo woman who is 5’5″ and 159 lbs shown before and 8 months after bilateral breast reduction with the removal of 410gms from her right and 380 gms from her left to reduce her from a 36 DD to a 36 C bra size.

A 66 yo woman is shown before and 5 months after bilateral breast reduction/mastopexy (breast lift) with the removal of over 300 gms of weight from each side. She is 5′ 1 1/2″ and 143 lbs and went from a DD cup to a full C cup. The grooves of her shoulders from the heavy weight of the breasts before surgery will not go away, but she no longer has the back and shoulder pain that she had prior to the breast reduction. And she is thrilled with the natural, lifted appearance of her breasts after surgery.

35 yo woman having problems with back pain and drooping of the breasts. She has had previous attempt at liposuction reduction of her breasts by another physician but was not able to reduce the size of her breasts enough to meet her goals. She has also tried weight loss without success. She is shown before and 3 months after bilateral breast reduction mastopexy taking her from a DDD cup to a full C cup and has had relief of her symptoms and correction of the breast ptosis (drooping).

A 18yo 5’4 146 lbs shown before and 1 year after bilateral reduction/ mastopexy with the removal of 340 gms from each breast. She was reduced from an “e” cup to a full “c” cup size.

44yo with 2 children shown before and nearly 6 months after bilateral breast reduction combined with a spiral mastopexy (an internal reshaping of the breast tissues) and liposuction of the “Axillary breast” fullness. 60 yo woman shown before and 9 months after bilateral reduction/ mastopexy. 660gms of tissue were removed from the patient’s right breast and 374 gms of tissue from the left. Preop problems with back and shoulder pain have resolved following surgery.
