Breast Augmentation – Patient 110

A mother of 2 in her late 30’s who had breast reduction with us 16 years before, with good results. She then got married and had 2 children and now finds that her breasts have deflated. She is also bothered by loose skin at the sides of the breasts. She wants to be fuller but still natural in appearance, and would like to maintain some fullness in her upper breasts if possible. She is 5‘ 6 ‘ and 129 lbs. She is shown before and again, 4 ½ months after bilateral breast augmentation with 350 cc high profile textured round silicone gel implants. These fill her breasts without overly stretching her breasts. It filled out the loose skin at the sides of her breasts. The higher profile helps to give her some fullness in the upper pole. The texture may decrease the potential dropping and lateral shift of implants that can occur with time, especially with looser skin.
