 
Dr Hall began his plastic surgical
practice in Boston, MA after completing eleven years of post
graduate training, graduating in the top third of his class
from Washington University School of Medicine in St Louis
Missouri. He received his MD in 1983. Dr Hall undertook his
residency training in General Surgery and Plastic & Reconstructive
Surgery at the University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann
Arbor, Michigan. He received special training in Craniomaxillofacial
and Pediatric plastic surgery at the International Craniofacial
Institute in Dallas, Texas. As
a Plastic Surgery resident at the University of Michigan,
Dr Hall was honored by receiving the award for the Best
Resident presentation at the annual meeting of the Midwestern
Association of Plastic Surgeons.
Dr.
Hall is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and
is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
He has been elected to the American Society for Aesthetic
Plastic Surgery because of his special expertise and focus
in the area of aesthetic surgery.
Dr. Hall holds numerous certifications.
He is board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic
and Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr. Hall’s interest in plastic surgery
began while still in high school. He was influenced by a
family friend, a Plastic Surgeon, who pointed out that this
was a field that combined both art and science in the care
of people. Dr Hall explains in this way; “I had always
loved science and art, having been heavily exposed to these
areas by my parents and from that moment on I knew what
I wanted to do”.
He describes his practice style in the way “I treat
my patients like I would treat members of my own family”.
